Nicholas is a Director in FTI Consulting’s Digital Forensics & Investigations department with over a decade of experience working on casework for the defence, prosecution, government departments and corporate clients.

Nicholas’s recent focus has been the application of Forensics to insider threat investigations, IP and data Theft, evidence falsification and fraud. This includes authoring expert reports for UK High Court, including Kings Bench Division, Technology and Construction Court and Business and Property Courts.

A former NPPV Level 3 and SC security cleared Senior Forensic Investigator, he spends his spare time training law enforcement and the private sector in advanced digital forensics as a Contract Trainer with Magnet Forensics.
