Prof. László T. Kóczy
Graduated at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 1975 and in 1976 with M.Sc. E.E., and M.Phil.Control E., resp.; and received his first doctoral degree in 1977. In 1998, he received D.Sc. from the Hungarian Academy of Science. He has been a lecturer, reader and professor of the same university from 1976, and from 2002 he has been a professor of Szechenyi University, and Dean of Engineering 2002-2011, then President of the University Doctoral Council from 2012. he was Chair Professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Visiting Professor at Pohang University of Science and Technology, The Australian National University, The University of New South Wales, Murdoch University (Perth), and several European universities. His research area is Computational Intelligence, he has over 700 research publications, close to 6000 citations in GS and H=37.
