Updated 5 March 2020

Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, Clarion Events is continuing to monitor the latest public health and government advice one each of our markets around the world and acting in accordance with government and public health advice and World Health Organisation (“WHO”) guidelines. We support the stance taken by the Global Association for the Exhibition Industry, UFI and remain committed to delivering our events in a safe environment.

Unless otherwise advised, FEE 2020 is taking place as scheduled.

Precautionary Measures

As organisers, we continue to monitor the situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, visitors and staff is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments.

There are no attendees to FEE registered from China. We are conscious of current advice relating to travel from at-risk areas, and will therefore be unable to admit any attendee who has been in highly affected areas in the 14 days preceding the show, as specified by local government guidelines in the host nation.

As an added precaution, we are implementing a number of additional safety measures at the event:

  • Increased cleaning and disinfection programme across all high-volume touchpoints, e.g. catering areas, surfaces, handrails, WCs, entrances/exits and so on
  • Onsite medical support
  • Increased availability of sanitising and disinfection materials
  • Advice to exhibitors on implementing effective cleaning and disinfection of stands
  • Installing signage onsite reminding attendees of hygiene recommendations

We welcome customers who wish to participate at the event and who are not impacted by travel restrictions. However, we strongly recommend you follow your own country’s advice on travel before starting your journey to ExCeL London.
