Human-computer interaction, security, and forensics
Using artificial intelligence to protect users on the human-computer interaction level provides multiple benefits, including high effectiveness, independence of applications, and application programming interfaces, support for different media types, etc. Within the (H2020/NGI Trust funded) CASPER project, researchers and developers created a modular architecture for local or distributed data processing (content classification). One of the most significant challenges in distributed processing was preserving users' privacy. On the other hand, anonymization of the data opens new possibilities for alarming relevant authorities and proactive/reactive digital forensics.
